Jabber connection without vpn

how to connect Jabber to the CUCM through internet using ASA without VPN

I don't have expressway

Is there embedded vpn inside jabber like vpn phone ?

I suppose you could set up port forwarding or something similar. I would suggest looking into Collaboration Edge as it will be the most secure.
