Jabber contats failing from different outlook profile

Hi, 

We got a customer with multiple outlook profiles on his computer. User experience issue while searching for the contacts available in his outlook custom contacts where the Jabber doesn't provide the contacts. 

Its looks like Jabber is looking only one of his profile and returning data available with the specific profile. 

my question is that there any way to tell Jabber to look at a specific outlook profile? or how the Jabber determines which profile it should be looking for?

+1 I have contact resolution issues in this release as well that were not addressed, resulting in presence issues. I'm not sure what would have changed in this release.

I got the answer for this.

There is an enhancement request for Jabber to look multiple outlook profile which is still open.

Enhancement Detail: Enhancement - Jabber needs option to search contacts in Multiple Outlook accounts 

At the presence, Jabber performs the contact resolution from the outlook profile, either based on the alphabetical order of the profile name or the default profile. I found it always that the Jabber looks at the first outlook profile in the alphabetical order.
