I have a jabber client the moment when I login using LDAP credential I m getting Incorrect Username or password CJ:109:0 along with Unable to connect error CJ:109:3

CUCM 9.1.2. and IMP 9.1.1

jabber client 11.0.1

I have tried the following:

  •          Uninstalling/Installing/Updating Jabber client
  •          Resetting Jabber client
  •          Converted LDAP User to Local User in CUCM and  LDAP sync to re-import user
  •          Standard CCM End Users and Standard CTI Enabled control groups under user management
  •          CSF is assoicated to the user
  •          Created new UDP and tested

Hi,

You may check some useful tips from the following post with similar issue

https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12572841/jabber-error-code-cj1093

Specially a couple of points:

1. Disabling Windows firewall

2. For 88XX, 69XX, 99XX IP phones check if "Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf" and "Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode" are assigned to the end user in CCM End User page.

I had the same problem with all my Jabber users, this started after my CUCM and IM&Presence server's certificates were renewed.

Turned out that restarting the CTI service in CUCM resolved my problem.
