Jabber for mobile auto-connect issue

Hi,

The Cisco Jabber on mobile clients are using between the company's WiFi and their mobile (3G/4G) network. The users always complain when they change the network from company's WiFi to mobile (3G/4G), the Jabber on mobile would not auto-reconnect.

Actually, the DNS of company's WiFi set the public DNS also.

Any idea on that??

My first thought is SRV records.  having to change between internal IP addresses and external IP addresses.

what do you do to get your users to do when they go from wifi to 4g?  log off and log back in?
