Jabber for Windows - Logout user can't receive messages

Guys,

I am getting an issue on some users in jabber windows. When the user is offline and somebody who is online send him a message, he can't receive that message and he is getting error message of "your message is undelivered".

Are you using WebEx Messenger or IM&P? If IM&P server, what version?

WebEx Messenger does not support offline message caching. IM&P will but only if Suppress Offline Messaging isn't enabled.

If you use IMP, then the default behavior is to send messages to users that are of offline / not logged in.
