Hi,
I have a client who maintains their external contacts as Active Directory Contacts. They have Jabber for Windows configured and working in EDI mode, but while they can successfully search for users, the contacts are not displayed in directory searches.
They would like to be able to use the Jabber client to search their centralised list of contacts in AD. Anyone know if this is possible in the current version (they're currrently running 9.1)

Hi Paul,
Jabber does not search AD contacts. This has been asked before and we have an enhancement request open to track this.
CSCuc11684: Search and add AD contacts to contact list.
Thanks,
Maqsood

Thanks Maqsood,
It was a hard one to search on given the interchangeability of contact and user in forums and docs.
I'll keep an eye out for future enhancements.
Regards
Paul
