Am I missing something or is there not any spell checking in Jabber for windows?

I just installed and tested Jabber 10.6.1 on Windows 7 and can confirm that the spell-check is there and working. Finally!

Has this issue been resolved yet?
This issue was posted in 2012 and was said to be on the back log in 2012. It is now 2014.

Absolutely not. I will talk to my Cisco account rep. and ask what needs to take place to make this happen as it's such basic request and much needed by Cisco Jabbber users.

Bringing the post back to the top. Any update in the last 2 months?

I agree that this should be a simple fix and it needs to added. I will also email my Cisco Rep and express my opinion.

I shouldn't have to use an opensource XMPP client to make up for the basics that are missing in an 'enterprise' solution.
Come on Cisco - this should be a no brainer.

Lync released spell check in September of last year:

Jabber continues to be behind, which is pointed out to me almost every week.
