jabber guest plugin

I have deployed jabber guest in a testing environment. jabber guest plugin is only works with internet explorer. whith chrome and firefox jabber guest opens but no video . have anyone got this issue ?

Hi there

Could you share more details, what the jabber guest version you are running? Firefox version & 32 or 64 bit?

if its Firefox 50 and later, you  will require an extension and an add-on to be installed for full Jabber Guest functionality.

Jabber guest version is 10.5.3.115. With firefox 64bit version it is not supporting right? I have installed the extension as well. Im running firefox 60  64 bit version.

Folowing my above post for chrome, please check this similar issue in REM, try downgrading to a lower version of chrome or open up a TAC

Video will not work in REM with Chrome 60-CSCvf28966

Video will not work in Chrome 60.

Conditions:
Customer or Agent is running Chrome 60.

Workaround:
No workaround.
