Jabber login issue

Hi Collaboration Expert,

I want to use jabber (windows/android/iphone). So I've configured CSF, BOT and TCT devices in CUCM. After that while I'm going to login in windows jabber with selection of "cisco comm manager 9 or latter" and its IP add then an error is showing as "cannot communicate with the server".

But while I've login with selection of "cisco comm manager 8.x" and IP add of cucm server for tftp, cti and ccmcip server then i can successfully login into jaber for windows and android.

Would you explain the reasons please...

What CUCM/IM&P version are you running??

What Jabber version are you running??

What troubleshooting have you done??
