Hello - we currently run Jabber phone mode with contacts in our environment. All of our IOS/Android use Jabber mobile registering through MRA. Is there a way to bring in the Outlook local contacts to these devices? Currently is pulls from the corporate directory in CUCM and the local contacts on the native device. The ask is if we can pull in the local contacts from Exchange without having to put them in manually into the local contact store on the native mobile device? I understand when connected through MRA there is no physical connection to Exchange vs Jabber for Windows clients are connected on-prem there is access.

The documentation explains such feature is not applicable to all clients:
Applies to: Cisco Jabber for Windows and Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI

Thanks Jaime, that is what I read and understand it pulls from the native contacts on the mobile device. Figured it out by syncing the mobile Outlook apps calendar and contacts to the mobile native apps and resolves our issue. Thanks for the reply.

That would do it, though the customer can opt out.
That also causes some fun if you sync corporate numbers, as most mobiles will display the contact's name then on a mobile call. It can cause issues later if contacts get stale.
