Hi,
we configured the ability to a user receíve the calls in Jabber for windows but at the same time the possibility to answer in a mobile phone, SNR.
When the call is answered in the remote destination and hanged up, we have the possibility to resume the call on jabber, but when the call is answered in jabber we don't have any possibility to resume the call to the remote destination. In deskphone there is the softkey "mobility" but in jabber we dont's have.
How can we solve this?

Hello Paulo,
We currently have a feature on our backlog called "Move to Mobile" which will allow you to answer a call on your desktop and by a single click move that call from your jabber desktop to your mobile number. This is a high priority for us but I do not yet have a release date for it. In the mean time you can transfer a call from your desktop to your mobile, it requires a few more clicks than move to mobile but it is a workaround. Will this meet your use case?
Kindest regards,
Gerard.

Hello Gerard,
thanks for your answer.
It's not perfect but for now we have to do like you said, transfer the call to mobile.
I don't understand why Cisco put videos with that functionality if it is not available...
Best regards
