you mentioned the CSF is configured with User ID, i assume you mentioned the owner ID on the device.Have you associated this CSF device under end user page ?

Collect the problem report from jabber and that could give you more information. Have you tried sign out and sign again ?

@kaleemullahbilal1 Good that you accepted Nithin's reply as "accepted solution", where he never mentioned what your misconfig was in one of his replies. But I already mentioned it in my first post and a second time in my other answer ...

Have you configured everything that is needed?
Is there a CSF device configured? Do you have the UC services for configured in your service profile?

Yes everyting is connfigured correctly.

Looks like your CSF Device is missing.  If you are not the CUCM admin, reach out to your CUCM administrator.

In Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, use the Device > Phone menu path to configure the Cisco Unified Client Services Framework device. Configure CSF and associate with your User ID.

CSF is configured with the user ID

And have also assigned that device to the user? (under the end user --> device association)
You also have configured the UC services, then assigned the UC services to a service profile, then assigned this service profile to the end user?
What about the assigned access control groups in the user?

Hi Winter,

You rightly said Nithin didn't mention it. But he shared the Screenshot from there I figured out what is missing. since I am new to this, so sometimes find it hard to understand the terminologies. MARKING YOUR SOLUTION AS ACCEPTED

Thanks Nithin, UCS Service Profile was not selected. After I selected it's Working.
