I have a number of Jabber users who are not able to change their status.
They are stuck in various states.
Some are still able to change their status.
I seem to recall there's an IM Presence service that needs to be restarted...
Can someone point me in the right direction?

what is your CUCM & IMP version?
also, main service is "XCP Router"
try to restart this service & see what's happens ?..

Not to be overbearing but without much effort on your part it wouldn’t have been very hard for you to look up in what system the service is. It’s not very appreciated to not put two fingers across to do the bare minimum on your own. All IMHO of course.
