Hi,
We have a cluster already running and we will need to replace this cluster for another one, on the old cluster we have no problem Jabber and phones are working fine but in this new cluster always someone tries to use Jabber Windows they receive the message " unable to connect to the server"
Can someone help me with this issue ?
CUCM 9.1.1
IP&Presence 9.1.1

What are you guys using under connection settings on the jabber client, Host name or an Ipaddress of the presence server? It could be a DNS issue if using a Host name.

I got the same problem, and it seems it is connecting at least to authenticate users, because if I use the wrong username/password it gives me an "invalid user/password" error instead of the "unable to connect to the server".
