Number Display

Dear All,

I am using cucm 11.5 with jabber. When calling from jabber to external phone the number displayed Is ip extension. I want it to be displayed different number. In my case, I have ip extensions of 4 digits and while making call to outside I want  receiver to see 8 digit number. How do I do ?

For other DNs on your system, how are you providing proper callerID? If it is with the External Phone Number Mask, make sure that it is set on the DN on the Jabber CSF device. If it is not the EPNM, what method are you using to provide CLID?

Hi there

You mean the PSTN caller can only see your 4 digit internal extension. That means the call is routing properly. Please send the debugs and can find out whats the CLID device is sending to gateway. Also as Maren suggested, configure the External Phone Number Mask on the device and try calling out
