PC hangs with J4W Softphone onlys

Hello

We are experiencing for users that have J4W with configured softphones ONLY a randomly issue:

Sometimes When they called, the call does not work and their PCs hangs.The only way to solve this is to Hardwarely restart the PC.

Has anyone this kind of issue ?

Hi,
Yes, we have steen this happen randomly with multiple users. A forced power down and up of the computer is the only thing you can do.
I've seen this happen less on the 9.1(2) release.
