Presence Icon?

Hi,

Have enabled 2 users with Jabber for Windows 9.0.4 with CUPS 8.6.4 & CUCM 8.5.1 SU4 on a trial basis

These two users are seeing their presence status as a strange broken icon on their PCs (Win7 & XP) but is I log on as them from any other PC it displays correctly. Has anyone seen this before? - attached

Hi Russell,

These users may have enabled "Accessible presence" on their client. Uncheck this option to get regular icons.
