Does anyone have any information on password recovery for the admin account of a Cisco Telepresence Virtual Machine deployment? I have found information that booting to the ISO could allow for pwrecovery but I can't find anything but OVA's.
Please advise,
Joe

I could imagine, that you only need any ISO. Just to "prove", that you have access to the VM-settings and not being a remote attacker, trying to change the password via CLI.
So, I probably just asks you to bind an ISO, click something and then asks you to remove the ISO again.

Thanks for the response...I am still trying to find some type of procedure for password recovery and I am not having much luck...
Does anyone have knowledge of the procedure or a document I could use?

The only way I know to reset the passwords on a TPS VM is the "reset_config" command. It will reset all admin and user passwords, but will also reset the local configuration and keys. If you still have your keys and a relatively recent backup, you should be able to recover. I'd shut and snap before trying it, though.
