SIP Call Voice Customization - CMS/CUCM

We are looking to customise the voice when entering a SIP call "Welcome to a Cisco meeting. You are entering the meeting now.", "You are the only participant" etc. Specifically from the American accent to the British accent voice.

We have searched the CMS Customization Guides relevant to the version number 3.5, though can only find the procedure for Web Server Hosted Branding.

Is there a procedure available for Locally Hosted branding?
