We are working on deploying Spark Hybrid and if we have the call connector setup to automatically create the CTI Remote profile we get the following error when provisioning a user:
Call connector is unable to create a CTI Remote Device in Unified CM.
If we set it manual and create the device the message changes to the Spark SIP URI is assigned to a different user. I have rebooted/disabled/enable the connector several times. Call Aware shows Activated for the user...
