I have a customer who has CUCM 12, and they have successfully registered it to a Smart Account. They recently had a license violation for 1 user, so I decided to check the License Usage Report on CUCM for details on what devices that user is assigned to. But when I click on the "View Details" link for any of the users to see what devices they're using, it just gives me this:
I've tried doing this in both Chrome and Internet Explorer with the same result. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue, because this is a problem I've never encountered before.

It works fine in CUCM version 12.5
