Using Jabber with Winnov Videum Capture Card

Good Day All -

Has anyone tried to use the Jabber client with input from a Winnov Videum capture card? I have two dual-capture cards setup in a 7900 HP machine running Windows Vista (ENT).

The box was previously used for IOCOM and is running Link. Link has no issue seeing the cameras connected to the capture card. Jabber recognizes the inputs but is not passing video,

I don't know if this specific configuration of hardware was validated, but your best bet would be to open a TAC case so we can have someone look into this issue with you.

That seems to be the general consensus. We have a ticket open with TAC and we are monitoring the progress.
