I used Cisco jabber on windows 10. I use a wireless headset. When I make a call and the other person answers they are very quiet even though volume is 100. If I use the volume icon I then slide the volume down and all of a sudden they become louder. They also struggle to hear me. I have 3 headsets all new. If I make a call in Teams I have no issues only in jabber. Does any know what would cause this problem. Thanks.

Check Windows sound properties to disable exclusive mode and audio ducking.
