Hello Guys,
We have a very strange issue with our VXML GW. we built a call studio application to our customer every thing works fine except one element 'Form Type' when it tries to call the wav file it thrown bad fetch error i am sure the wav file codec is right. but when i check from GW side with "debug http client error" we found it tries to append "o,?;" at the end of the wav file so that it can't get the wav file from the media server.
Example :
GW tries to call this #URL:http://mediaef/EF/IVR/ar/IVR_MorV.wavo;,
CVP 11.6
GW info : Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-IPVOICEK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M10, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
any one faced this problem before ?
Thanks
