How to disable the Cisco MeetingPlace prompt that asks the user to record a name before the user joins a meeting

Resolution

For Meeting Features, to disable the Cisco MeetingPlace name-recording prompt, make these setting adjustments from the Schedule tab :

1. For the Entry Announcement setting, choose Silent.
2. For the Departure Announcement setting, choose Silent.
3. For Skip Pre-Meeting Options?, choose Yes.
4. For Disable Roll Call?, choose Yes.

For Q & A, to disable the Cisco MeetingPlace name-recording prompt, make these setting adjustments from the Schedule tab:

1. For the Q&A Introduction setting, choose Silent.
2. For the Q&A Departure setting, choose Silent.
