11.6 UCCX reporting API

I am looking for documentation for pulling reporting data directly from UCCX as opposed to scheduled report exports in CUIC.  Does anyone have a link to a doc or experience with setting this up?

Are you wanting to pull the results of an existing report via API, or are you looking to get at the raw data which makes up the reports?

If @jnorthington doesn't mind me commenting on his thread then I would like the same as what he requested. For me it's existing data from various reports that I would like to extract with an API.

Ingo

I tried looking into some solutions back then for the original OP, but came up empty handed.

If you look here, it does not look like Cisco provides any API sets for access reporting in UCCX (they do for UCCE for whatever that is worth).

Thanks Anthony. My requirement is actually to enable our in-house developers to create custom Agent reports but it seems with UCCX it's not possible, right?

They would have to connect directly to the database via the informix odbc connection. Is that something you think they can do? The process to connect looks like the following: https://amrgaber.wordpress.com/2011/02/24/create-an-odbc-connection-to-connect-to-cisco-uccx-server/

Yes, that is exactly what I was looking for. We come from an old IPCCE environment where they had access to the DB and requested similar access for our new UCCX installation.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Is it possible now in 12.5?
