Hi,
Does anyone know why when I open the 'Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report' no data shows up?

@Sgj CCX interprets the cause codes on which the call has been disconnected from the CUCM. Kindly check the call cause codes from the CUCM and check if they are marked as normal call clearing on the CUCM.
In such cases CCX would not mark those calls as abandoned.
Normal call clearing on CUCM would open a scope to check on how the Gateway/CUBE disconnects the call.

Can you please check if you have call records in Detail call by CCDR report . do you see any abandon calls in this report .
if there is no data in Abandon call , then its good sign . Also you can place one test call and disconnect from your end and see your
calling number reflects in Abandon call detail reports .
