Adding a new CallManager PIM

Hello Forum,

Is through ICM setup the only way to add a new PIM (CallManager)? Because I don't see how I can do it in Configuration Manager.

You will have to configure it in config manager, under the PG. Then install it using the ICM setup.

I already have CallManager as a peripheral in Configuration manager. So I will just go to ICM setup and add another PIM I supposed. Because if I remember correctly from training is that ICM setup stops service. So I have to do this after hours.

Correct, when you run the setup it will stop services.
