Adding Agents to ICM

I have an ICM platform with ~ 200 Agents in Production.  I need to add 1000 agents.  Can I do this in a bulk import without having to export and then re import the existing agents?  Thanks

So I don't have a 10.x within access at the moment, but looking at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_10_5_1/Configuration/Guide/ucce_BK_C8CA90B8_00_configuration-guide-icm-cce-hosted-10-5/ucce_BK_C8CA90B8_00_configuration-guide-icm-cce-hosted... seems that it's the same as before. Look at the help file within ICM and it should give you some clues. It's not straight forward and you'll have to add a few agents for trial and error, but once you figure it out you'll be able to add 1000 in a few minutes.

Yes, it's a two step bulk import process. Bulk import people then agents. Look at the bulk add/edit in config manager.

So when I go to import,  I get the message "All existing data will be replaced by the data,"  which makes me believe all the existing people or Agent records will be erased. this would be bad.

What version are you running?

10.5

thanks David

Thanks David,

I'll do that.  I appreciate it.  I have a lab I can do this on before hand with a few agents.

This worked as described.  I did have to remember to clean out the deleted agents before it would work.  But it worked.  Thanks so much for the assistance.

Cool, glad it worked. Takes a bit of work to get it, but once it's running it works like a charm.
