Is it possible to add a gadget into Supervisor Finesse Layout to show Email CSQ Summary Report?

Yes - see the CUIC Sample Gadget on the Finesse developer Site - link below.

Enable your CSQ Summary Report with a unauthenticated permalink and add the URL to your CUIC Gadget.
