UCCX 10.5: CAD to Finesse Tool?

Hi Experts,

found this Tool

but above link says:

The CAD to Finesse migration utility can be used with any version of UCCX supported for direct upgrade to 11.0(1). Check the Compatibility Matrix for versions supported for direct upgrade to 11.0(1). This utility is not compatible for upgrades to 11.5(1).

Actually would like to upgrade UCCX 10.5 to 11.6. Agents on CAD so need to migrate them to Finesse.

Is there may be a newer version of this Tool which could handle higher version of UCCX than 11.0(1)?

Hi,

I am not aware of an updated version of this tool. You can send the creator of this tool (rlafount@cisco.com) an email to see if there is an updated version, but I wasn't given one to update on the site.
