Just had a quick question for the group about adding a HA license and building a secondary UCCX Node. The question is after you apply the HA License, and build out the Secondary node, and re-run the client configuration tool so that the clients now all have both IP's in them, the next time agents login, will it automatically pull down that second IP of the HA node, or does the updated clients have to be reinstalled on all of the agents PC's?
Thanks in advance for the response. Just for reference the environment is CCX 8.5.1 SU3, CUCM 8.6.2

It doesn't auto-download (unless Calabrio snuck a new bit of code in recently); however, you don't have to a full reinstall of the client either. You can launch C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\PostInstall.exe and add the secondary node's IP address into the first prompt that appears.

Jonathan - Thanks for the reply. That makes sense just to add the seccond IP via the postinstall.exe, then for any new agents the updated client will have both in there. Thanks much!
