We are looking to customize the popup in Finesse when a call comes in from a queue. Right now it displays the call information and what queue it's for. Is it possible to send any other information from the UCCX script to that popup?
To explain, we have a call center that supports multiple remote locations after hours, we would like to set it up so those calls that get sent to our call center would drop into 1 queue but the agent would know what location the caller was originally trying to call.
So right now the popup shows 000-000-0000 Queue Name AfterHoursQueue, but we would like it to show something like 000-000-0000 Queue Name AfterHoursQueue - LocationA.

You can customise the information shown by using Custom Layouts. Look in Finesse Administration. The value for location would be needed to be set in the script and then the variable is set as used in the layout.

As @Roger Kallberg noted, you can configure it, here's a link with information on where/how.

Hello, is that pop-up app is triggered via a Finesse workflow in your UCCX? If so, then I think you can send values to your pop-up.
