Hi,
Wondering if it is possible for agents to have a group chat feature into Agent Desktop.
Right now Agent Supervisor can "chat" multiple agents at one time. But it is not possible for the reverse scenario, where 1 agent wants to chat multiple agents.
UCCX version- : 8.5.1.11001-35
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
That document doesn't talk about the group chat option for Agents . It's available for the Supervisor but is it possible to have it for the agents as well , so they can chat with the team at the same time .

Hi Saima,
As listed in the above CAD datasheet, Team Mesage feature is available only under CSD (Cisco Supervisor Desktop) with Enhanced and Premium licenses.
