Has anybody had any issues with the agent desktop not sending DMTF tones when in a call. It was just reported to me that if they use the Agent desktop it does not work.
I even had them call me and use the agent desktop to send tones and I do not hear them.

Your issue may also be MTP related, depending on the DTMF configuration of the GWs and CUCM.
