Agent login error -The password specified is invalid.

CCX version 8.5 agent trying to log in getting the following error.

The password specified is invalid.

Retry or Cancel

passwords are verified by AD - tested network access and it works.

tried the same password on another user account - no errors.       

Any Ideas out there..

If I have password problems I always try the ccmuser page on UCM.

It shows if its a CCX or UCM into AD problem
