Agent Not Ready Reason Code in Finesse Supervisor Desktop

Hi,
I am using UCCX 10.6.
Agents and Supervisors are using Cisco Finesse for login.
In supervisor desktop, the supervisor can only see the state of the agent without reason code.
For example, if the agent is not ready after login, in CAD it was showing the agent is not ready along with the reason code.
But in Finesse it is not showing like that, just only the state.
How can i achieve the not ready reason code in Finesse supervisor desktop

Are you looking under Team Data tab or Queue Data tab. Ideally it should show you the Reason Code as well.
Post a screenshot what exactly you see and what you expect to see.

I am looking under Team Data tab. In that tab i am getting only the Status, no reason code is there.
Also please let me know whether i need to check anywhere else in the Finesse supervisor desktop for this.

Team Data tab only shows Team Summary Report that does not have this field. Look under Queue Data tab that shows Voice CSQ Agent Detail report and you should have the Reason code field there.
