Hi gents
i have an agent that was removed from PQ by removing all attributes. He was also removed from his team. On ucce admin the agent has no attributes and no team. But when I test the agent credentials finesse shows the agent in the same queue he has been removed from and he also comes up on the queues wall board. Any ideas on why this is happening

That is very old version and having lot of PQ bugs. Couple of them are here.

These defects effects both routing and reporting .
I would suggest you to upgrade to latest version which is having all the fixes.

It looks as a bug to me , it was only fixed with a Work around i suppose , Please go through

Which version of UCCE you are using. There were multiple defects on PQ reskilling.
