Hello guys,
in a service Center at a customer, we want that the desk and the wireless phone ring the same time. But when i put the Line on two phones, we cannot login to the agent desktop.
Is it possible to configure this? Could it work with RDP?

Is this UCCX? or UCCE?
For UCCX, please read through the Unsupported Configurations for Agent Phones section of the Release notes.
It states:
Unsupported Configurations for Agent Phones
The following configurations are not supported for agent phones:

for UCCE it's not supported.
SRND Guide: Shared lines are not supported on ACD and non-ACD lines.
