Is there any way to get an equivalent of the 'Agent State Detail Report' but for chat? Had a pretty good look around but don't seem to see this data recorded anywhere?
I've not seen one, your best bet is to create a custom gadget that listens to this information and stores it separately. We built our own agent state trace infrastructure to get is a lot more detail.
