Hello All.
Perhaps some of you were affected recently by the LUMEN toll free number outage last week. We were more reactive than I would like to be and didn't receive notification until about 20 minutes after calls stopped coming in. I wondered the best method for monitoring call volume real time and whether it can be done in UCCX. We have version 10.6 and I was hoping to set up some alerts that would trigger if calls inbound to our scripts suddenly dropped significantly. We also have Solarwinds and I am looking into using that to produce alerts as well. If anyone has an idea, I am interested to know how to handle this. We are a small contact center and nothing like this has been implemented yet.
Thanks!

Hi ,
This can be achieved by scripting logic . You can use get reporting static step and Send Email step to build the logic .
script will send email alert if call volume will drop .
