API based campaign , predictive mode isn’t working but preview does

Hi Champions

i am in strange situation where  our vendor created the outbound campaign for predictive mode and it get stuck on agent reservation and call never happened.

conversely, when I change skill mode to preview it in admin script it starts working .

any idea how to troubleshoot it what to check .?

What version of UCCE are you running, what does your admin setting script look like, what are the configuration parameters for the campaign, etc.? If you can post some of those, people may be able to offer some suggestions.
Have you tried progressive mode as well, as a test?

Hi Bill, Have tried but it isn’t works as well 

I am using UCCE 12.6, surely I will post configuration of campaign.

Another question I have is if there is a way to check the parameter sent in API request to create campaign , is there any logs in ICM server that tell us what parameters were sent ? 

Hello!

All API requests are handled by Tomcat service and you can find all details in CCBU logs under tomcat folder on your AW server.

Didn’t you try to create campaign via Postman before doing that via some other application?
After creating “working” campaign via Postman, you can share exact details to your developers about parameters, that have to be set.

Hello

I would advise you to create campaign via Configuration Manager and check, if that works

You would be able to create API campaign replicating configuration from Configuration Manager.

Do you mean like the campaign parameters what is normally on the Campaign General tab, Campaign Purpose, Query Rule Selection , etc., like Max attempts, and such? If so, yes you can see them all in the database.

Thanks Bill, but I wanted to know API request on real time , like in case of PCB , if I wanted to know without using db that which agent skilltargetid is sent …. ?
