In ICM 11.0 how to assign the script to a dialed number?

Hi Mohamed,
You can assign script to call type (which internally used by any dial number).
Just login to script editor-> Select script option-> CallType Manager->Schedules tab->Select the calltype from drop down-> Click on add to assign the script.

Thanks for your answer.
But when I did that steps, faced the error:
<<An error occurred while saving the call organization data, error attempting to connect to DbAgent>>

you should be having some connectivity issues. Are you able to save other configurations from config manager , from the same machine ?

Ok, Managed it. It was from the script editor. restarted it, and the error disappeared.
