Has somenone faced the below error at the CVP Subdialog Return node in Call Studio?
element,error,error.badfetch.http.404

Hi Lara,
looks like the badfetch is happening somewhere in upstream audio element.
can you also look or attach the logs from media server, which is used by your CVP application.
if using default windows IIS settings, the logs can be found at:C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1
the above will help in identifying if any wav file is missing.
alternatively you can run debug on VXML gateway "debug http client error",
the above will tell you if something is missing while Voice Browser trying download the media.
make sure you check the correct media server or VXML gateway.
