Blocking OB calls from CIPC / hardphone.

Hi folks,

Have strange requirement of customer. Customer should be allowed to dial from Finesse only NOT FROM Cisco IP Communicator.

Myself tried my knowledge but couldn't trace out. Any suggestions or inputs would be appreciated.

i am having this same exact issue.  Any ideas how to fix it?
