Is there any way to map the call types to DN in a bulk tool, I searched everywhere but couldn't find any. Right now I'm prefixing a numeric value to select easily, can you help me out, I have tons of DN to be mapped to Call types!
I believe you can use the bulk edit tool to do a bulk association. Have you tried that. It's been a while since I used the bulk edit tool so I might be wrong.
