bulk insert call type in ucce

while doing the bulk insert of call type table in ucce .can we keep the calltypeID same as in our upload file.as per documents it shows call type id need to be kept blank while uploading as its a primary key .is there a way we can insert in to table with the same calltype id

No. Only way that would work if you were doing a bulk edit.

What's the use case for keeping the call ID the same? Is this like a recreation/migration from lab to production or something? Basically, you may wind up with the same call types having the same call ID, but it would very much be you ensure that you're inserting them in the order that you want it to be (i.e. call type A is 5001, call type B is 5002, etc.).

yes, we are trying to create a backup of our production system as a DR setup .so we want to keep everything same as our production configuration

Hi, so if it is a DR type scenario, why don't you just take a backup of the configuration and save it? Sorry if I'm not following but why would you need to import your production into another system? Do you truly have some type of standby cold production system?
