CAD 8.5.1 - Agent Real Time Display Disappears

I have an issue that started today that I've never seen in 15 years. The agent called me and said when she clicks on "Reports" button on the toolbar the Agent Real Time Display opens. She then clicks on "Contact Service Queue Statistics" and keeps that open. She's been doing this for the past 5 years without a problem. Today it started closing on it's own but CAD still stays open. I had her reboot her computer and it's still doing it after she's logged back in. 

Anybody seen this kind of activity before? Any ideas?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all in advance.

Is it happening just for a single agent?? If yes, then try uninstalling and reinstalling CAD for her. If it is happening for multiple agents then it would be worth to restart Desktop related services from UCCX in after hours and then check.
