Hello,
I've just installed a UCCX 11.5 and I can't integrate with CUCM 11.5.
I'm getting an error when I try add Call control group ports.
Also I already restarted the CUCM and UCCX and I configured users (AXL, CTI and RCMC).

What are you seeing in MIVR logs?
Are the extensions of the CTI Ports unique and not overlapping with anything else in CUCM?

can you verify the NTP is good okay on CCX and CUCM.
Are you using "+" in the External phone number mask ?
please paste the output of the following from SSH to CCX.
run uccx sql db_cra select * from ConfigSeed
run uccx sql db_cra select max(recordid) from crsgroup
