Hi Everyone
I've attached a notepad doc of an issue that one of my call center managers is having with calls being transfered. If anyone has seen this before and my know how to fix this issue I would appreciate any pointers on what to look at doing to resolve this issue.Thanks in advance for any help and have a great weekend.

Before "rolling" the call mark it as handler via set contact info step.
